I used this app on an old samsung android yrs ago & it worked great. Now I have a new improved samsung & it's "incompatible?" Really? What's up w/that? Kathi Durkee 2 yrs later w/a new & improved baha 5. This app still won't load on a new galaxy. Beyond mind-numbing. When I had this app working yrs ago, it was great.
No Bass or Treble adjustment available in android version. Please resolve as app states that it is a usable feature.
It wont connect at all to my phone. It worked ok on my Samsung android phone but had to bue a new phone and now i can't hear. I am stuck with something that was supose to make my life better. These things should work on every phone and it shouldnt what you have eg Android or Apple. This is a medical app that people really need. We shouldnt have to have to buy a phone and to find out it downloads but does not work. What are supose to do take it back to the place we got it from. Get it sorted.
Doesn't pair. Finds them straight away but won't pair. From what I understand you need to buy accessories to stream music anyway. Only iPhones connect directly for music
App has been finicky for years on Android but I'm able to keep it working for my mother. AT&T is requiring her to upgrade phones from her Moto E where the app works on Droid 9. I've tried BOTH "certified" Samsung phones as well as a newer Motorola running Droid 11 and both fail to pair. The app will locate the and show the Processors information but reject it in the bluetooth pairing in the OS. I've already reached out to Cochlear Customer Support and was told there was nothing they could do (because we all know they'll respond to contact customer support without actually reading what was posted).
Warning, it will not work with Samsung S21 Ultra or any recent new phone's. It will only work on baha 6 's smart app. Although I didn't see S21 Ultra on the comparability for Baha 6 on the website so far. Maybe want to update that if it actually works with the ultra. Thanks.
This is basically a needless and useless app for android, as the Baha system is built specifically for Apple products, on top of that it's not a particularly good app either, and it's quite shocking that judging by the dates on the complaints on here nothing is being done, I was trialling this device with a view of buying but so pleased I've not wasted my money, I want something that works not a constant apology like many seems to be getting palmed of with on here.
Stops working after a while.
It was excellent for like 5 years or more never had a problem with it. Then for whatever reason I can't connect the app to the Baha anymore....Why??
I just got a new phone it's an AT&t radiant Max I downloaded the app and it's not pairing to the sound processor
